1. Agreement
By opting in to receive SMS text messages from No Worries Care (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not opt in to our SMS program.
2. SMS Program Description
No Worries Care provides SMS messaging for the following purposes:
Internal employee communications: shift coordination, scheduling updates, team logistics, and operational messaging between No Worries Care employees
External business communications: appointment confirmations, care coordination, scheduling reminders, vendor and partner correspondence, and general client communications
All messages are sent on an individual, conversational basis. We do not send automated marketing messages, bulk promotional content, or automated campaigns from these numbers.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of the conversation and your relationship with No Worries Care. You may receive messages as needed for scheduling, coordination, and general business communication. There is no fixed number of messages per week or month.
4. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent to or received from No Worries Care, as determined by your wireless carrier. No Worries Care is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
5. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from No Worries Care by completing the contact form on our website at noworriescare.com/contact and checking the SMS consent checkbox, or by initiating a text message conversation with one of our team members.
6. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from No Worries Care. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No additional messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of SMS does not affect communications through other channels (email, phone calls, etc.).
