Heidi has worked in Healthcare since 1992 when she and her husband bought their first Assisted Living Facility. Heidi loves working with our aging demographics which has made her successful in all the roles that she has played. It's the little touches; the heartfelt gestures; the compassion and attention to her families she works with that shines through in all she does.
Heidi's most treasured asset is her family. On the weekends you will find her in a dance off with her grandsons who can't help but laugh at the 80's style of dancing Heidi does. She never said she could dance, she just says she will try.

Portland Administrator
Noreen is the Director of the Portland branch of No Worries and has been dedicated to the in-home care industry since 2009, leading teams that deliver exceptional care while raising the standard for what support at home should look like. She loves building strong teams and growing something she truly believes in—care that genuinely improves people’s lives every single day. Having worked at every level of in-home care, Noreen brings unmatched perspective, grit, and leadership to the role, making her the kind of leader caregivers rally behind and families trust without hesitation.
Fun fact: When she’s not leading her team, Noreen is usually planning her next adventure or trying something new just for fun.

Director of Marketing, Portland
Andrea is our dynamic Director of Marketing for the Portland branch who has been making an impact in the in-home care industry since 2024 by connecting families with compassionate care that allows loved ones to live safely and comfortably at home. Known for being incredibly social, approachable, and genuinely great with people, Andrea thrives on building meaningful relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and community partners. What she loves most about her work is being a trusted resource during vulnerable moments—helping people feel supported, heard, and confident in their care decisions. With a natural ability to connect, a reputation for trustworthiness, and deep empathy for the people she serves, Andrea stands out as a marketer who doesn’t just promote home care—she champions it and the families who depend on it.
Fun fact: Andrea has a knack for fixing things—electronics, furniture, household gadgets, and even her son’s e-bike have all been successfully brought back to life by her.

Caitlin
Care Compliance Manager
Since 2014, I have built my career in senior care after first serving as a caregiver to three of my own family members — an experience that shaped the way I lead and advocate today. As Care Compliance Manager and Client Services leader, I oversee care standards and client support with precision and heart, drawing from my experience as a Memory Care Program Manager, Business Office Manager and Case Manager within facility and in-home care settings. Having lived the caregiving journey from these different angles has allotted me a special perspective — I fiercely protect my clients’ independence and aim to champion the caregivers who serve them. I believe in creative thinking and that there is always a solution.
I’m happiest on a hiking trail, out on a disc golf course, or curled up with a good book and my cat Ernest. My love for senior care actually started long before my career did, during summers teaching water aerobics and pickleball at a senior center in Arlington, VA alongside my Nana — who proudly brought home a bronze medal in the Senior Olympics. I’m an unapologetic optimist with a quick sense of humor who truly believes that you can do serious work while still finding plenty of reasons to laugh.

What drives Izzy the most is knowing that the work done behind the scenes directly impacts someone's quality of life, safety, and dignity. Caleb is the owner of No Worries Care, and has been in the senior care industry since 2019. He finds joy in finding the perfect caregiver for each client that No Worries Care serves. When Caleb is not working, he spend time with his family and involved in his church.

After 30 years of IT Consulting, Cunio decided he wanted to do something meaningful with the remainder of his career, and following many conversations with Caleb (owner) he decided to jump in to caring for those that need it most when and where they need it. He has a passion for helping people and making No Worries Care the best Home Care agency in the Nation!
Cunio has an obnoxiously loud laugh and no situational awareness. Doing Laughing Yoga at a senior residence, he laughed and two seniors audibly screamed and scowled at him. "I mean. I was called laughing yoga?!" You may not see him coming, but if he laughs you'll hear him.
