How to Join Our Team

No Worries Caregiver Qualifications

Our Caregivers:

Are kind and compassionate
Are positive and professional
Are dependable and reliable
Love spending 1-on-1 time with our clients
Enjoy learning delegated tasks. You keep your skills and grow with nursing support!
Enjoy collaborating with Registered Nurses who are available 24/7. We don’t believe in answering machines. You call, we answer.

In Addition, we require that our Caregivers:

Complete No Worries and state training requirements
Are willing to work a typical shift of 8-12 hours (some 6-8 hour shifts available)
Are able to lift 25 pounds
Are able to read, write and speak English
Are able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
Provide 3 Professional References who can speak to your reliability and work ethic

PROFESSIONAL PAY RATES:

$22.00/hour-$24.00/hour

PLUS:

We pay at least $1.50/Hour MORE for filling in for a sick co-worker with less than 24 hours notice.

Skills Day

Skills Day will prepare you for 1 on 1 care of our clients. During Skills Day you will meet all of the Administrative Team, and receive an orientation about working for No Worries, Charting, Medication Administration, Safe Transfer Techniques, Infection Control, and use of our online apps for communication, scheduling and client care, and continuing education. You will work with our Nursing Team to sharpen your skills and have an opportunity to ask questions.
Your First Shift

We show our support for our caregivers from the very first shift. We will meet you at your first shift to answer any questions that you may have and make sure you have the best start possible.
